On sidelines of 28th Meeting of UNFCCC’s Conference of the Parties held in Dubai from Nov 30 to December 12, 2023, Executive Director COMSATS, Amb. Dr. M. Nafees Zakaria, had a productive meeting with Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Rt Hon Patricia Janet Scotland – Baroness of Scotland. During the meeting held on December 10, 2023, the two IGO Heads exchanged views on cooperation in areas of common interest.
