ED COMSATS Condemns Efforts to Impede Cooperation with China

Ambassador Dr. Nafees Zakaria, Executive Director COMSATS visited the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad to record his message of condolence and sympathies at the loss of precious lives of Chinese nationals and their Pakistani co-worker in the wanton terrorist attack near Besham.

He strongly condemned the terrorist attack and joined the UN’s call for calling to account the sponsors and financiers behind the terrorists.

Admiring the strong bonds of friendship between the COMSATS’ two founding members, Pakistan and China, Ambassador Zakaria urged joint effort to defeat the designs of the common enemy of both the countries to impede China’s successful march to be a Global Power and its partnership with closest friend, Pakistan. The common enemy aims at creating instability in the region and hence impede its progress.
