Members and Liaison Officers of the Coordinating Council
The Heads of the COMSATS’ Centres of Excellence or their representatives constitute the Coordinating Council. The Chairperson of the Coordinating Council is elected from amongst the members of the Council for three years, while the Executive Director COMSATS serves as the ex-officio Secretary to the Council. As per the resolution of the 13th Coordinating Council meeting (2010) held in Trieste, Italy, the former Executive Director TWAS, Prof. M.H.A. Hassan, has the honorary life-time membership in view of his long-standing relationship with the Network.
